@Annette Hi and welcome! Will have my final interview for a job in the Twin Cities area in a couple of weeks.

Hi! I’m 52 in Virginia and an emotional eater too. Would love support as well.

Hi! Not new either but fully committed again. Good luck in your journey!

Hi Everyone and Happy New Year! New to the group but love seeing the support for one another. Although my username gives the impression I’m in NC, I’m actually in VA. Just turned 52 on 12/20. My word for this year is change. I’m applying for jobs all over so it’s highly likely that we will be moving this summer. I’m also…

Hi! Just turned 52 last week and the struggle is real. I’ve spent too much time trying to figure out my issues and not enough action. Ready for a change and breakthrough. Would love to be of support and to be supported.

SW: 243 CW: 240.5 Happy to have lost. I'm used to the WW big losses the first week so I was a little deflated yesterday but I know slow progress will get me to my goal in the end. I just want out of the 240s this week too! Making this easier: I made mason jar salad lunches last week and did the same for this week. I also…

I hear ya! I was listening to a commentator talking about a football player the other day and his weight and I thought, "ugh, that's my weight."

Official start weight: 243lbs Motivation: my 3 yr old rockstar daughter, kicking my CPAP machine to the curb, having actual choices picking clothes, not worrying about spilling over into the next seat on an airplane.

Had an epiphany of sorts last night about WW. I always went back because I liked the meetings and the same people were there. I have probably gone back to the same group at least 4 times in 8 years. And yet, none of them ever contacted me when I fell off the wagon despite a FB group we have. I already get way more support…

Great idea. 75lbs lost would put me at 169. I was that weight in college and thought I was fat. It's a but unbelievable to me now that I would love to be at that weight again. I would be full of energy at that weight. Even though I do one or two 5K races a year, I love the high I get from participating. I can envision…

Best wishes on what you decide. I think you can find a lot of support here. The trick is to make it a habit to check in and make friends with people if you need support.

This is such a great thread. I've been doing WW on and off since I was in high school and I just turned 44. I went off WW most recently in August. I thought about going back but blown away by the issues with the new plan. I really need the accountability which is why I thought about going back to meetings but hoping to…

Hi! Well I turn 44 tomorrow and really need a change. I'm married and have the most awesome 3 yr old in the world. I'm at 250lbs and keep going up and I know it has to stop. I'm an emotional eater and have had some major stressful events in the last 4 months and I need a better way to handle things. I want to be around for…
