It seems good but tbh hard to tell until you follow those macros and see for yourself based off of the mirror and scale. Try it out for 2-4 weeks and see what happens and then you can always adjust caloric intake accordingly. Don't overthink it!

When I'm cutting, I weigh myself daily because I like to know if I'm making improvements and can gauge my progress better and adjust caloric intake accordingly. I should also be weighing myself decently often when I bulk, but that usually turns into me eating everything and weighing myself once a month lmao.

Wait till you know for sure if it's a herniated disc or not. I would recommend no exercise as you don't know what's going on and you could just end up making it worse. Trust me, I know it's hard taking time off but you're in this for the longevity. Best of luck!

Personally, I have noticed no significant differences between using and not using BCAAs. I believe that if you're consuming a solid amount of good proteins (chicken, red meat, fish, etc.) then you probably don't need BCAAs. If you're diet is crappy, well that's another story.
