  • This doesn't sound amazing but if you peel courgettes with a peeler into thin strips and boil them till soft I love to then put this in a salad, salmon filets and sometimes a bit of feta cheese (but not too much)! This is so yum and I use courgettes as a pasta substitute in for some meals ☺️
  • Yeah I'm interested in a flat stomach with toned lines not so much a six pack. I'm very aware of the need to have a low fat percentage. Do you have any excesize ideas? ☺️

  • I find thighs look slimmer when you have toned your inner thighs. I do this will inner leg lefts, jumping jacks, scissors, lunges and squats. Lifting heavy weight may not help your legs look toned if you have unwanted fat there but that's not to say don't lift!! Running is great for toning your thighs! Hope this helps ☺️…
