Hello! I'm new here but the intro thread seems ancient. I'm 33 and am determined that this is the year I achieve my goals and stay healthy.

I felt like I was at least halfway, but time passes so slowly while planking I really don't know! Today, I tried and failed at 01:23 after yoga... but managed later! I would never have thought I could do it if you'd asked me two weeks ago!

I just did my daily plank - Day 9. 01:16. It was hard! Particularly because I tried earlier but forgot to start the countdown... not sure how I'm going to do tomorrow though!

Yesterday was day four, which the App said was a rest day. But I was too impatient to see if I could do the day 5 one. So I did! 48 seconds! :#
