50 mins on the elliptical, 30 mins of walking my dog, 30 more mins on the elliptical, 15 mins of walking at 3.5 mph, 10 mins of kickboxing, 15 more mins of bouncing up and down on a ball

Just for today 12/ 11 1. Drink a gallon of water 2. Get at least 15,000 steps 3. Track everything i eat!

I do workout with weights, mostly my upper body, I find that it keeps my body tight and I have lost inches but its really easy for me to gain muscle mass, especially in my butt and thighs which is what Im trying to avoid.

the same thing OP, I get so discouraged when I eat out, give into cravings, or when I do eat well and exercise but the scale never shows it :/

I'm a college student! I have lost about 30 lbs, but it was during high school. I've gained some since then and just wanna lose those last few lbs while staying and healthy!
