I'm mostly grain free as my partner has coeliacs and grain allergies. (No grain in the house & for cooking, but if I eat out then I will eat grains) We do eat a LOT of potatoes. He ends up eating a lot of cheese & other fats to get his calories in.

Great advice :) !! It easier to run outdoors, but where I am at the minute it's dark and cold and I'd much prefer to run indoors! 5 years ago I did couch to 5k, and eventually ran a 10k (non stop! Took me 1hr 10 minutes) race for life - I know I can do it, I just need to get back to that level of fitness after letting…

I'm not sure what my numbers are, I shall have to have a look next time I run! I AM very slow though - I have asthma so I'm trying to run as quick as I can and still be able to breathe! I'm sure my 'running' is more of a slow jog

I'm mostly GF, though eating gluten won't do me any harm. My BF has coeliacs and an intolerance to most grains (oats, corn, rice etc) so we live in a 100% grain free house! Not worth the risk with him getting ill - I do miss bread though! I live, breathe, and sleep potatoes!
