You can't eat what you don't have. Don't grocery shop when you're hungry. When shopping don't buy extra food, just buy the bare minimum to support your calorie goal. Try this for 2 weeks. You'll have extra cash in your pocket, you're body will be adjusted to the new food schedule, and you'll be a few pounds lighter.

I have the same problem but it's more of a habit than anything else. Two things I did to stop this behaviour is, first, I stopped watching so much tv at night. Second, I stopped buying extra food at the store. No available food = no binge eating. Just go shopping right after a meal so you're not shopping hungry. Good luck.
