Beef Jerky and Protein Bars help with the protein and cheese/Greek yogurt helps with the fat (just examples) -oh yeah, can't forget about Subway. Different strokes for different folks. It's working for me, so I'd say I'm doing well.

I've been eating food that have low calories with higher amounts, so stuff like veggies, homemade food and healthy bars. I haven't been starving myself, don't worry. Thanks! :smile:
