That's your opinion and you're not wrong for having it. There's nothing wrong with white flour to YOU. But for ME, I choose not to eat it for MY OWN reasons.

I don't know your situation in particular, but I know that I've had days when I don't want to even leave my bed. But, every day is one step at a time. If I know I'm not feeling the gym one day. I'm sorry, I probably should have clarified. I'm trying to stay away from white flour and pancake mix. It's a filler to me b/c all of the nutrients are basically stripped in white flour and sugar is always added to the boxed mixes. I've heard oat or almond flour was a healthier substitute though.
