  • Levothyroxine made a difference for me. I'm not one that likes to take medicine if not absolutely necessary, but this one really helped to boost energy and metabolism. Be careful with dosage, you dont want to be too high.
  • Eggs. Hard boiled and/or scrambled. Protein bars.
  • Focusing on my macros has really helped me the past few weeks. Having a balanced diet including enough fat and protein should help curb the appitite. I've bumped up my intake of both eggs, protein bars, and nuts, and it has made a difference. Also, add a scoop or two of protein to your smoothies.
