Having a short term goal is great and is often the beginning of some real lifestyle changes. You can do it AND maintain it with small consistent steps. Maybe some big steps for your short term goal, but finding small changes you can live with for the rest of your life is key.

Today is always a great day to make healthy changed. You will never regret it and you will love the confident feeling of being healthy! Be consistent, but be realistic! It takes time, but don't give up. Small steps everyday will get you where you want to be!!!
