I travel mostly from WA state to California (LA or Sacramento). I usually do crack of dawn flights out but I at least get to stay in the same time zone. Though on travel days my meal schedule gets all out of whack.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate all the tips and advice. I'll definitely have to try the hotel picnic. :smile: The hotel I stay at has a fridge in the room.

Another WW refugee here. The point hikes were part of it, but the website debacle was the thing that pushed me to try something else. I was really happy to see the community boards here. Hoping to get some prodding and good advice along the way.
