Load up on veggies with your eggs. I also add a tablespoon almod milk or water while cooking them. Makes them fluffy and feel more filling

My favorite is a basic lentil soup with veg broth pink Himalayan salt and rice. Add hot sauce and you are good to go

Have you tried Daiya? I developed my allergy in my late teens so I miss cheese and yogurt but it's pretty close lol but seriously if you like it and don't eat much I say keep on sister! I also like Soy Delicious yogurt (especially the peach and pineapple).
