I work at *am, and I can't even get myself to workout before work. I always go after, unless I know I have something planned after work.

Progress to running 40 miles a week by April, complete my first marathon in April.

I hate any cardio machine really, but probably treadmills the most. I'd much rather run on an indoor track if I have to run indoors.

I lift occasionally, but I mainly workout because I enjoy it, and I just enjoy cardio more. I mainly lift to strengthen my legs, so that I am injured less when I run, and to strengthen my arms since swimming can't do that alone.

i've been trying to, but i find it so boring haha i might have to though, because i over did my cardio, and now i'm recovering from a knee and shin injury

i more just want to be around 18% body fat and my estimates say that will require around a 10lb loss
