Weight in: 105.0. Super okay with this. I know I’m doing the right things right now food wise. The scale just has to. Catch up. And I need more fiber bc .... I don’t poop daily. Hi. Weigh in: 105.2 Have to say pleased with that, as with my Hypothyriodism, I haven’t had a BM for 2 days. I’m sure the number could be a good 1/2 # lower if I could poop. Been nailing it all week since Jugar told me to eat more veggies. Feel so satisfied and accomplished

New job is going well. Eating my snap peas and some apple for lunch. Will have steak and butternut squash tonight. Cardio type workouts, working on my toe flexibility and ankle soreness. Kickboxing this morning Food yesterday was okay until 2pm when I decided to have nuts, m and m’s etc. just couldn’t figure out how to say no. So, skipped supper. Today, meals are ok. Hi!!! @jugar count today’s weigh in as 105.6. Not bad I suppose given 8 weeks surgery. I’m still Disappointed in myself for not being 104. Going to nail it though! Now for some positive reward to keep that goal and make it reality.

Saturday was horribly painful. Pain meds didn’t touch anything until about 5pm. Then by 8 I was out. Another pain pill around 11p and slept until 4a. That felt so good! 20steps yesterday.
