Currently here is my water schedule I make sure I have a complete bottle of water finished by 7am (end of my workout) Another by 11 am Another by 1pm Another by the end of work 4:30pm And one before 7pm I’m guessing my bottle is 24oz

Update: Ended March at 107.8 Ended April at 105.0 & had 2 April weeks at 104 Ended May at 101.0 So successfully down 4# in May. What changed is, I started actually tracking every bite in May. @TeresaW1020 : love the idea of 1/2 candy bar and 1/2 apple. I found that for me that replacing the snack with the apple satisfied my sweet tooth so that I didn’t want sugar all night. The past 2 days have been good. I weighed in yesterday down a pound, so tracking and just making sure I’m eating when I’m hungry and stopping when I’m no longer hungry (and tracking) is working. Here is my crafty lil planner for the week. It’s a 13” picture frame, behind it on paper is the week days etc. I wrote in dry erase marker on the glass and that wipes off with tissue. 😉❤️Tuesday will be “Nacho Normal Tuesday” and be Mexican dishes.

@trooworld pizza yummmmm!!!! my hubby and I have Pizza Sunday every week. We’ve made it our Sunday night thing, which makes it SO much easier for me to just have 2 slices and be done. Also, I know how much calories to allow for the other meals.
