❤️ This idea 💡 1️⃣ every 20mins, do 20 seconds of running in place, jumping jacks, etc. Just get the body moving. 2️⃣ Then for every 30 minutes you sit there, get up and do it again. 3️⃣When commercials come on just get up and walk around. Check in 1. Mindful exercise daily. Weather was nice, took many walks, over 10k steps and that doesn’t include the workout. . Foot feels better. (1) 2. Low carb, < 35 daily. Tracked, it helped a ton! Hi I’m sherry. I was from South Dakota and am recently a newbie in Tennessee. I have 2 kids ages 22 and 21. Neither live with me. I have a hubby if 26 years. And a puppy noodles (profile pic). I look forward to reporting steps and having an on track month.

Workout : heavy back/lats. Pull ups using the resistance bands and then rows, pull overs and back flys. Then a few deadlifts and laying face down on the stability ball - lower body reverse leg lifts. (Similar to a superman move). Tracking workouts. Done Tracking food . In progress. Should be able to join the step logging…
