I have experienced Plantar's off and on for about five years on top of a stress fracture. I found out that Vionics ( specifically for foot pain) shoes work really good. I do ytube chair exercises to maintain my exercise routines. I lost weight and that really helped. It took about three months for me to get rid of mine.…
