Annr: I have been thinking a lot about emotional responses and processes lately....it's been an eye opening journey, but exhausting...there are days when I literally think, "Just pass me the Twinkies for cryin' out loud." Probably because it's easier.

I need accountability here!!!!!! 2016 Goals : 1. Log food daily...daily...daily (mantra like chant) 2. Cardio exercise at least 3 days a week 3. Drink at least 2 glasses of water daily (I am a hot tea drinker. So, I'm giving up a cup and adding the water...baby steps!!!) 4. Create a reading list and actually read the books…

I will be 52 in May, and SO want to look and FEEL better. I am 5'3" and I have hovered on the 175 lb mark on the scales for the last 8 years. I tend to do better when I am surrounded by encouraging people....and boy do I need encouragement! This looks like the place for me to get the motivation I need.

How do I "add" someone. I keep reading that, but don't understand what it means. So far, I've simply just read the boards, but don't seem to find a place to connect. Thanks in advance for the help.
