  • I totally get the stress/emotional eating thing. I've always envied those who lose their appetite when upset. I've started doing a little yoga in the mornings which really helps even me out. They have all sorts of classes on YouTube. Also, I saw some mom and baby yoga you might enjoy. Don't let anything keep you down!
