What is different about the fructose is fruit that makes it healthier than the fructose in soda? Whole fruit has a lot of fiber which slows down your body's digestion of glucose so you dont to get the insulin spike that soda causes.

Doing this doesn't constitute good health. Look after yourself and get well, you need your energy to heal. I'm sure your shake didn't make you sick.

I'm not vegan, but I think it's a great lifestyle choice.

My husband and I just ate curried lentils with cabbage, onion, carrot and rice for a 4 day period. Very healthy and cost is next to nothing.
