I'm 37 and a mom of two. I'm halfway to my goal but lately finding it harder to stay on track. Hopefully we can motivate each other to keep pushing.

Running a 5k is one of my long term goals. Good job hopping back on the wagon. :)

I stay home with my 19 month old, and I also have a 15 year old. So far I've managed to lose 68 lbs since january, but I still have another 65 or so to go. Add me. I've been on this site the whole time but haven't really used these forums much. Maybe we can help motivate each other.

I put it under circuit training although the calorie burn it gave me seemed high

Never realized I could actually enjoy exercise until after I quit. It is hands down the best decision I ever made. Over two years now and the smell of smoke, even the thought of lighting up repulses me. The first few weeks are rough but then it just gets easier and easier. You can do it!

I haven't had a cold sore in over a year since I started taking lysine every day. I know that doesn't help right now but might be something to think about.

I'm on week three of body revolution. Love it so far! I'm already noticing progress.

I finished the program a few weeks ago. I liked the workouts, except for the Pilates one. I still do the yoga on rest days. I had good results for the three weeks, but I did not use the containers or shakes. Like someone else mentioned, you can find them free online if you look around.
