I know what you mean. I've lost 80, finally under 200 and I keep screwing up! I do good for a few weeks then start to slip
-
I try to stay below maintenance calories, which doesn't always happen. I'm still trying to improve on this but if you do well the rest of the month you should still lose.

I finished body revolution earlier this year, lost 23 lbs even though I had to modify quite a lot of moves. I liked that the workouts get progressively harder, easing you in, and there is a lot of variety. Just as you are getting sick of a workout it is time to move to the next level. Motivation is great but it only lasts…

Yep. Works really well as long as you remember to take your phone with you.

I just finished, including one month of gamma. No special diet or shakes, just cico and mfp. I lost 29 lbs and can finally bang out a few real push-ups. If you stick with it you will definitely improve.

Every time you resist the urge to binge, you get stronger to say no in the future. It is still hard though and I occasionally fall but I refuse to stay down. Also starting to exercise has helped to keep my moods stable, which has reduced the emotional eating.

Make sure your shoes aren't designed for running. You could always follow along with the low impact modifier, ease into it a bit too.
-
You look so good! How long did it take?

Millionaire hoy on YouTube. Tons of free workouts organized into different length programs

This is a great idea. I have a lot left to go but would love to see how far I can get before the new year. Anyone who wants can add me for accountability.
-
You look fabulous! Congrats

So inspirational! And that workout looks killer. Good work.

Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce, and for many the stomach is the last bit to go. That's a really impressive loss so far!
-
Today is my last day of beta. I'm starting gamma next week. I really love these workouts and may do another round when I finish, or p90x3. I haven't decided yet. Anyone that wants an accountability buddy should can add me.

I am at 207, down from 280 and soooo eager to get below 200. My goal weight is 140ish but right now my sights are set on onederland.
-
I am on my last week of beta (I plan to continue on and finish gamma.) I've gone from 229 to 206, although I've added in walks and some other weightlifting a few times a week. I follow the modifier a lot and I did not do the meal plan, just counted calories. If you go at your own pace you should be fine.
-
I am on my last week of t25 beta, then onto gamma. I'm not sure I would survive double with p90x3 lol.
-
Personally I wouldn't only go by the way my clothes fit. I can pack on quite a bit of weight between sizes without realizing. If tracking calories and periodic weighing worked before, I'd go back to that. And if that guy doesn't call back, his loss. ;-)

The good news is since you've lost it once you already know exactly what to do. Don't beat yourself up for regaining. It happens. The important thing is you are here now, ready to get back on the wagon.
-
Awesome work so far!
-
Thinking about 100 lbs is so daunting. Break it down into smaller goals and you will do fine.
-
I want to see 199 on the scale so bad. I'm getting close but it feels like it's taking forever!
-
I've done 21 day fix, body revolution and I'm almost finished with t25 beta. I like marking each workout off on the calendar after its completed. Going to the gym would be hard for me but I can complete my workout and shower while my baby naps.
-
Anyone can add me! I need more friends on here.

I wish I knew. I'll do great for weeks then I totally screw up. The only difference this time is I start over fresh the next day (or the next meal if I can convince myself not to throw in the towel on the whole day.) In the past I would've given up completely and gone back to my old ways. I also try to log everything as…
-
It does get harder the more we lose because the weight starts coming off slower. You've already accomplished a lot. Keep going!
-
A 14 pound loss is an amazing start!
-
I'm a stay at home mom too. I have about 70 left to lose and only recently started using the forums after six months. You've already come a long way. I know you can do this!
-
I've got about 70ish more to go. Hopefully we can keep each other motivated.
-
Started with about 140 to lose and I am halfway there. I know it seems impossible in the beginning but you got this.
