I think I'm gunning for 20 miles this month. Hopping back on the plan I started early this year. My goal is to lose 5% of my body weight by 9/30. I need to stick with it this time.

So I fell off the walking wagon these last couple of months. I am ready to get back after it again. I am going to shoot for a modest 20 miles for this month.

Lilymay2, I am also fascinated by curling lol. I will watch it at every Olympics because it just looks so interesting!

I didn't walk today, but my husband and I went to a concert that lasted several hours. I am counting my dancing as something! LOL

I think this month, I am going to shoot for 15 miles. I didn't make my January goal, which bummed me out, but I'm going to this month!

So I am going to miss my goal this month. Had a rough week this week and was so exhausted I didn't even walk this week. I feel so bummed out!! I was so close this month! I may have to readjust my goals for February and see what happens. I need a little pick-me-up! :'(

I walked two more miles on Sunday. That puts me at 7 miles down, 13 to go. I stayed up WAAAAAY past my bedtime watching the game last night. I think I am going to crash when I get home and then start back on my exercising again.

I DID IT!!!! I gave the 2 mile walk a go tonight and made it!!! My arms feel like noodles, but I DID IT!! That puts me at 5 miles down, 15 to go! :D :D :D

I walked another mile on Wednesday. That puts me at three miles down, 17 to go. I didn't walk yesterday. I was exhausted when I came home from work. I ended up going to bed early and am going to walk tonight for sure.
