Beginner Shred is the place!!! I can't even do 1 regular pushup either. I will get there though, someday.

Beginner Shred is doable. I'm only on the 2nd workout of it. I am very out of shape but it works me and I need rest days but it's a good place to start.

Ahh yes. This is where I am right now....Beginner Shred...and only on the 2nd workout. Such a process. Haha. I will make it to the regular 39DS...I hope.

Hahaha that was me last weekend. Except I ate a lot more fried food along with the pizza etc. I consumed 3 days worth of calories on my 'cheat' day. Even if i do good all day! :-( On the flip side, if i start my day starving and then binge, I just end up saying 'screw tbis whole day' and eat bad the rest of it. I, too, am interested in a great dance video if anyone knows of any. Mostly hip-hop or pop might be best. Please no country music.

I like logging meals the night before too. It helps me to know exactly what I will eat that day when I'm hungry so I dont have to think about it when the time comes. It helps me stay on track. I also try to meal prep for at least 4 days at a time to also take the guesswork out of it when im hungry.

How do you all time the intervals? Stop watch, interval watch, regular watch with second hand??
