@Panda_Poptarts Have only tried the ones I had on hand ... constant comment, spearmint, black breakfast, red zinger. But your chai sounds like a total winner! I had totally forgotten about that and love creamy chai tea. THANKS for reminding me.

@hakamruth for the BPB I use 2 tsp of beef bouillon powder in 12 oz. water and add 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp HWC and whip it with my mini hand mixer. yummy. I have MCT oil on order and will be adding 1 tbsp when it arrives. Super rich, super good. ETA: I prefer my chicken bouillon with only 1 tbsp butter added.

I've been so envious of those who have raved about BPC ... I can't drink coffee, didn't care for the BPT but yesterday made BPBouillon AND IT'S TERRIFIC! My new morning drink ... and it lasts forever.

Maybe if you tried some "keto appropriate" appetizers (read.. party food) your next experience at having a party will be more successful. Just don't have the pretzels, hot tamales and fries there to eat.

I drink at least 32 oz. of iced tea and 12 oz. of hot tea daily. Haven't been out of ketosis since mid December when I started. I'm sorry, maybe I'm not understanding the question. Every tea I've entered in my diary has no carbs. Red zinger, constant comment, peppermint, etc. I can't imagine any tea (other than sweetened ) that is not keto friendly. Or were you wanting a bullet proof tea recipe?
