Lifted weights, focusing on arms, back and chest. Also core work. I have no idea how many calories I burned. But I did eat icecream over and above my calorie goal. So probably whatever the icecream was worth.

Same problem here. 4-5 hours is my normal, waking up multiple times during the night. Melatonin helps put me to sleep, but I still wake up.

I started working out in long pants because I didn't like my legs. That didn't last long. I would get way overheated. Maybe it depends on the type of workout you do, but I'm most comfortable in very thin knee-length yoga style pants.
