Bruises
Anyone else get bruises on their knees/shins from doing dead lifts. I didn't even think I was doing more than lightly running the bar down my legs, but I bruise so easily!

So is it just water weight?
I've lost almost 5 pounds now and feel great! Who knew that cutting out entire bags of chips every night would make my tummy feel so much better;). But I've been told it's likely water weight. So how do I burn actual fat? Do I need to go below my goal weight and if so, by how much? Or is it time to build muscle?

Daily sugar goal
Is it ok to be way under the daily limit for sugar? I always hit my carb and protein goals but only about half the sugar.

Salty tooth
Any other women on here who could quit eating sweets forever and not miss them, but can't get enough salty (usually deep fried) foods? I could live on chips and red wine!

Losing too quickly
I've been slim all my life, but after 35 I noticed the weight slowly start to creep on. I joined because I'd like to lose 5 pounds and be more conscious of what I'm putting in my body.
