I had my hip replaced and broke my femur. I am dying to get back in the gym.

I am looking for a couple of new friends who are serious about fitness but are also well informed and not Trump supporters. I am also not into sexting or exchanging pix of intimate body parts. (Yes, it has been a problem.) I don't have a lot of friends and that is intentional. I like a wide range of ages, nationalities,…

What is a catfish?

I am amazed that this is even in question. Of course you can have a hot bod at 40. I have a hot bod and I am pushing 70!

I'd track with MFP and keep up the WW group, esp. because you love your leader!
-
I prefer WW's Points Plus system and lost faster on it than on MFP However, like I said, WW's tracking app is awful. I complained repeatedly that they had messed it up when they retooled about six eight months ago. They promised to get the bugs out and mean time I just kept getting fatter and broker! :o :'(

One of my WW buddies is staying on WW because she, like you, loves her friends. However, she joined a free online program like My Fitness Pal because WW's tracking app is hideous.

I had to quit because I found it impossible to track my foods. After five years on WW, I had a lot of them and the new app would not let me access my tons of old data. Plus I was being charged $20 a month!

Botox if they're crow's feet and not below the corner of the eye. You need to get it refreshed every 6-9 months. It won't work for bags or dark circles.

I am new also and have not been deligent. I keep thinking I can sneak in chocolate or hard candy and my 6' body won't notice.
-
How much did you lose on WW? I did mine online and lost 50#. It felt like a miracle and I've been SO happy.

Are you gonna be constructive or just "clever"?

Hey, Snacking Ladies, You absolutely cannot eat pizza and chocolate and chips and salty snacks in any but micro quantities (like the size of a fruit fly). Salt is a bad boy--retains water, so not only are you getting the empty calories, you're getting too much salt which a) retains water, and b) increases your blood…

I want to look good. People treat you better. It's a fact. Fifty pounds heavier and I was invisible. Now fellas hold doors for me. I also feel better, which is great, but vanity is my main motivator. Ah, what is a "cosplay", mb20?

I do miss the free fruits, but switching to calories has been easy. I also love being able to track micronutrients at will. I am a weight-lifter so always pay attention to protein...and fiber too for obvious reasons...but lately I've been watching my iron intake. Like you mention, the WW community set-up is another feature…

Hi, Alatarie175. I'm Jackie. Seventy-five pounds is impressive. I was in heaven when I lost the 50 pounds and it was because of Weight Watchers online. In addition to MFP's database, I love how it interfaces with my android and tablet. I never could get the WW apps to do that. So I can be at a gym or more importantly, a…

I want to lose 10 pounds in two months. I lost 50 in 2009 with Weight Watchers and have kept it off by continuing to track my food intake.
