Congrats so far! I definitely agree with others that you should eat a bit more, that way you have somewhere to go when you want to get smaller or hit plateaus. 1400-1500 might be a better option for you right now, until you get closer to your goal.

If your consultant wants you on high fat, then why are you looking for low fat foods? Are you trying to follow the consultants advice, or MFPs recommendations? (Most people change the macro percentages that MFP defaults you to anyways, fyi)

This could be your problem.. If you are having a cheat meal and not counting it (which could easily be 1-2k calories or more if you're not careful), then it could easily use up any deficit you created during the week and causing you to just maintain your weight.

I am sure there will be some great answers to follow, but all I mostly have to offer is: Go slow. Did you make a drastic jump in calories as soon as you hit your goal? I personally would add 100 calories/day, each a week and watch your measurements and weight carefully. Then keep adding until you hit around your…

I saw nothing on her face, but she could have had some constructive work or laser for all we know. Plus make-up artists are amazing nowadays too. I guess we can put to rest the idea about her being very pregnant like the tabloids were saying.

I can understand that.. Last night was cool though because they had some of the older artists perform their classics with current artists. I just REALLY enjoyed the show and was hoping I could find someone else to geek out over it with me :)

As most others are saying, probably not too much damage in one day. My problem is one day off the wagon, tuns into the next and the next and the next sometimes. I think it just really depends on your personality.

Good for you! My husband had to quit cold turkey and it was the best decision for him. My teenager plays quite a bit though. Good luck in your pursuits! You will be so much more successful now =)

I used to have one everyday. Now it tastes like chemicals to me. Kinda weird. So I save 6 bucks a day now.
