Hello, people. A brief background on me, recently dropped from 275 to current 190 since July of this year. I bike a ton (urban cyclsist more than roadie). With the weather changing here in Chicago I know I'll be biking less and running is something I've been wanting to tackle for a long time. So here we are. I started…

Wow. Great job. Keep pushing man. You did the hard part. Your body must be feeling so good right now.

As much as possible. Not sure if it's healthy but I replace eating cookies with stepping on the scale.

Haha. This made me smile. Immediately ran to get my three belts and compare. Definitely saving a pic of mine for future reference. Great job!

Great job! 10lbs looks like 25-30. I need to hit the weights.
-
Thank you, sir. Same to you!

The burning question - what'd you eat for your cheat day? Haha. I love cheat meals. Other than that the 6 lbs can be misleading. I'm a serial weigher myself, it's addicting, and I had many a day where the scale would jump wayyy more than I was ready to see. Don't get discouraged. Start kicking butt again and it will come…

I tried to edit this into the opening post but it's too late. Here is a breakdown of how my weight loss progression over the 5-6 months. A little update since I first posted two weeks ago. I'm down another 5 pounds to 187. I've started consistently logging my calories with the MFP diary. I've started running (my poor…

Wow. Great job! Looking good.

Haha. In Chicago?

Great work! Inspiring me to push harder.

Kicking butt, sir. Great job!

I'm sure there is some there but it's hard to tell how much. I definitely still have some midsection fat to zap. Until that's gone I really don't know. I thought the extra skin look would be worse for me so I'm actually really stoked with the current results.

You're right. Just trying to stick to what has worked for me until now. I know I'll need to leave my comfort zone if I want to achieve max results.

Great job. Keep going!

Great job!

Super job! Keep it up.

Thanks for the tip. One of my issues is that I live in a small apartment in the city. I've been looking into getting a weight bench and some weights but I simply don't have space for it without getting rid of something else. Don't really want to go to the gym either. Maybe the couch will have to go...
