If you're only eating 1200 calories you are already in a deficit of at least 1000 calories. At 85kg my daily energy expenditure is around 2800 calories, so eating a 1200 calorie diet I'd be in a deficit of 1600 calories

Hey guys, this is my little transformation. I've put on a few kilos since the after pictures but I'm at it again finally. The before is around 110kg/242lbs and now I'm sitting around 80kg/176lbs. I've hit a plateau for a long while which is a little disheartening but we'll get there
