I can wear my goal shorts! I bought these ASIC running shorts forever ago. They still have the tags on them. They are still a little snug, but they fit!

The first thing I noticed was I needed smaller shoes. I told the sales lady I had lost 40 lbs. & she made some comment about water weight. ( water weight, 40 lbs. seriously!!!!). My rings no longer fit. I'm down 2 sizes. My workout clothes are all getting 2 big. Stairs no longer leave me breathless. I have so much more…

I have Lupus and I'm gluten intolerant. I changed my eating habits. I'm off all meds except an occasion Aleve. I eat clean. I've given up all sodas, bread, & pasta and I'm cutting back on sugar & sodium. I've lost 42 lbs. I haven't felt this good in a long time. I've lost 2 sizes. Pizza is my biggest weakness. But I can't have bread or wheat products. Udis makes a pretty good crust, but still pretty high in calories when you add all the ingredients. Any ideals for no gluten diets?
