  • My diary is open if you would like ideas, although I'm not always regular in filling it out. I tend to work out and then eat 1400-1500 calories though - and sometimes I skip lunch because of time.
  • My secret weapons are clementines and almonds. If I get hungry in between meals/snackcs, I'll have a clementine or 8-10 almonds to tide me over.

  • I'm going to try 5 squats every time I use the rest room. Hopefully I can get 50 in per day! I do standing leg lifts and calf raises while I brush my teeth to try to get the muscles moving.

  • Frittata is one of my favorite quick meals. Eggs, cheese, any vegies you want to throw in, a little bacon or sausage, sometimes a tablespoon of salsa, if you like that.
