I'm not a big runner, but I do know that consistency is key to building stamina. Just keep doing what you're doing, and adding a little more distance each time. Take your time, you don't want to injure yourself. What you're doing now is a good workout for you.

It takes a lot to build muscle, especially for women, so I don't think it's that. And also, muscle and fat actually weigh the same, pound for pound. I just think she isn't in a deficit, so when she creates ones, she should start seeing results.

Sounds like a good idea to me. But there are 4 other days left in the week to prepare and eat your own food so that you know exactly what goes into it and how to track it.

You can add me if you'd like. I'm supposed to be working on incorporating 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of veggies per day over the next couple weeks...I'm lucky if i can get one serving of each in per day.
