As long as you don't consume more calories than you need, you won't gain. And as long as you don't consume less calories than you need, you won't lose. And also, punctuation. Some place. Please.

If you really think you have an eating disorder, you need to seek out therapy. If you're just lacking willpower, you need to practice staying away from the things you binge on. Don't bring it in the house. At all. And by the way, your boyfriend does not control what you eat - you do. If you like the way you look, that's…

I've read that making your glutes stronger can assist you in performing your other 'leg day' exercises better. Kind of like when you have a weaker core, it makes it a little more difficult to perform some exercises. And yes, some women do appreciate a guy with a nice muscular behind. As long as it isn't too big and jiggly…

3 turkey sausage links two eggs with 28 grams of triple shredded cheese flour tortilla (34g protein) I will say that upping my protein intake definitely has me feeling a lot fuller, and when I start my day off with a lot of protein for breakfast (around 8am), I'm not really hungry until around 1. Just thought I'd note that…

These are the reasons you should avoid bringing that much stuff into the house, regardless of mindset. You said you've failed at this over and over again, so why would you continue to do it? You're setting yourself up just to be let down again. I feel like you're possibly still buying all of these goodies because it's…

It does not matter, nor does meal timing. Do what works for you, basically.

Congrats!

Prior to last few months, I had very little self-confidence about my appearance. I didn't like the way my body looked or how fat my face was. I lacked the willpower/self-control/determination to change what I didn't like, and that is something I really didn't like about myself. At present, I feel the complete opposite…

You're entitled to your opinion just as I am. Good day, ma'am.

When I do eat breakfast: Oatmeal, or: Eggs :), two of them scrambled with cheese, 3 turkey sausage links on the side and maybe a piece of toast.

I used to love Del Taco's taco salads...so sad they closed down in my area :( .

hahaha...I tried to sneak one in.

Why do I think it's not their job to be someone's maid, regardless if the members' dues go towards their pay? Because, it isn't their job to be someone's maid. I don't expect someone to come behind me and pick up the paper towels I threw on the floor after wiping my sweat, or throw away the empty water bottle I left behind…

(because I'm curious of your mindset) If that were the case, why does that matter?

I'll just say that a little consideration and courtesy goes a long way...wherever you choose to spend your time. People tend to forget that.

As am I.

There's no way to estimate the calories you burned without knowing your stats, and you weren't able to enter them into the machine. If you go to the gym, try using a machine that allows you to enter your stats. The machines are still not the most accurate. Are you interested in heart rate monitors? Still not 100% accurate,…

oh boy...

whoa :o ...when I do buy those, it's usually on sale for about $2.50. I think they typically range between $2.99 and $3.99.

Girl, stop. You look awesome in that pic. I can't wait for my arms to have HALF the definition you've got going on over there ;)
-
Sooooo...there's nothing special about it that would warrant the cost? Oh, ok. I'd prefer to spend my hard earned cash on actual food, and if I wanted a smoothie/shake, I'd make it myself or stop by (insert your local smoothie/shake place here). They actually do have some good options if you aren't ridiculously picky.

Nice!

Get yourself a food scale and you will see that you're more than likely eating more than you think. What you "think" or "see" as being a small portion may very well result in double the calories. So you may be recording that you ate 250 calories, but in actuality, it's more like 500. That's a huge difference, obviously.…

I'm 35 and feel (and look, I think) better than I did at any point in my 20's being that I was overweight(still am), didn't work out, and had no energy. My motivation for working out tends to wane, but I make it a point to work out a minimum of 3 days a week because I've committed to doing at least that much, but I usually…

Eat whatever equals (as close as possible) to 990 calories.

You did not gain 20lbs of fat in a month.

haha

I think you just agreed with that person - you basically said the same thing, with different wording.
-
I think it was someone just screwing around with nothing better to do:|. Whenever people come in asking questions like that (the wording), the way all the suggestions were immediately shot down and the obnoxious use of punctuation, I always assume that and just ignore them.
