  • I'm actually just coming off of Zoloft in the past 2 weeks, and it can take up to 6 weeks to get it completely out of my system. I was really motivated to work out when I was on it, but having problems now that I'm going off.
  • Different types of people will experience ssri's in different ways, but it may take a few months for your body/ brain to adjust to it. Also if you just started, your doctor may not have you at the full therapeutic dose as of yet.
  • I hear ya... I'm having a hard time staying on track. I went on vacation and it totally derailed my routine.
  • That's awesome about doing yoga every morning. I have my elliptical 5 ft from my bed, but it's so hard to get going and motivated during those times. I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and start trying it. Just like starting up the work out, it was hard to get a routine in the first place. After a few weeks though…
