It gets a lot worse after having babies...in general. My kids are 6 and 8...I've lost 97 lbs since having them and I still have a lot of sagging skin and fat on my belly. Not sure it's ever going away.

I work out regularly and have had times where I've been sore for that long. Usually it's if I'm doing something new and/or fatiguing muscles I haven't worked in quite some time. It doesn't necessarily mean injury! You worked your rectus abdominus. Hard. It's just taking longer to heal. :)

Exactly....I can't stomach frozen dinners...they're unsatisfying and part of what made me gain so much weight in the first place. One of the tricks I've done (besides the above) is make bean and cheese burritos...take whole wheat tortillas, fill with refried beans and cheese, roll and wrap in plastic, then freeze.

Not everyone starts this way but for me it felt so good to be moving, to feel strong, to feel like food was being used as FUEL for the activity that I LOVE…

When they changed the plan recently, I made the decision to quit. I found it restrictive and definitely not a true reflection on the actual calories in food (ie a banana is 0 points but a…

5'4 here  . Started on WeightWatchers at 278 roughly 5 years ago...got down to about 185 (where I am now) and went between 180-185 for the past year to year and a half. Just joined here and thinking this will work better for me since it's more specific about nutrients, etc. Plus it's free! Hoping to get to 160.
