I've lost weight with both WW and MFP, but in the past I lost more pounds and more consistently with WW. In 2014, I lost 27 pounds in about 8 months by attending WW meetings and tracking points (Points Plus, actually). I found the meetings helpful because I'm more successful when there is accountability for what I'm doing.…
