So sorry Sweetie.....my best advise is to join a gym, volunteer (hospital, library, schools, etc.) or get involved with a club of some sort. You meet people there..and even if they aren't your friends now...they might become them. The objective is to give your mind something else to focus on. Memory problems can be helped…

Roll soft cooked bacon, spinach and low fat cheese in pounded out thin cut top sirloin. Secure with toothpicks, season. Grill under the broiler. Remove toothpicks, Slice into pinwheels. Fun and attractive.
