Oh boy... No.. that's not realistic. You should be losing about .5 lbs a week... Why low salt, sugar? Medical reasons? If not then why does it matter.. Less than 1200 is not recommended, that's too low. You don't need to starve.

Ive tried IF and I didn't like it. Try it out, it may help for you, but it's nothing magical - all it is it gives you a time frame to eat your calories. You still need to eat in a deficit to lose weight.

I agree with others!! 1,200 cal is probably putting you in a deeeeep deficit that you don't need! I started at 1,200 and upped it up. I feel like I really still lose at the same rate.

i eat whatever i desire everyday and stay in calorie goal i consder cheat meals is when i guess stuff to plug in and actually dont weigh it and try to over estimate the calories. - and i try to only limit this to about twice a week or so.

Not sure if it counts, but I went shopping for a dress for my company christmas party yesterday and my dress is a medium!! First I started shopping in large/xl and i was like - wait.... These look like they'd be kinda big on me!!

I'm 5'4, 26 years old, 150lbs and eat 1,500 calories and am losing weight.. I don't pay attention to anything but calories and protein really. I just try to eat foods that are gonna make me full. I'd suggest just focusing on calories and seeing what makes you full.

Don't do keto then. I eat 1,500 calories of whatever I want and I've been losing weight for about three and half months. Play with your fiber and protein and see what makes you the most full. :yum:

I've had a cpap for 3 years, and the only time Ive lost weight is when I've started counting calories this year lol but i love my cpap, it helped sooo much, i used to fall asleep everywhere! now that i've lost almost 50 pounds, i barely ever wear it, because I sleep well without it, and others have told me I dont gasp for…

I eat out many times a week and I'm still losing. I stay in calories and just plug in verified menu items (check the websites and make sure they're accurate too).

nope. had a light breakfast and lunch but pigged out at dinner. didn't log anything but I know I went over. skipped dessert though, so maybe that helped a little :tongue:

I've seen two 800 calorie diet threads now recently... who's telling people to eat 800 calories? Starving all the time doesnt sound fun :disappointed:

The only time people noticed on me was when I bought new clothes that fit better. (started buying new clothes aroud 40lbs lost)
