I did the same, I'm 143 lbs and 5'4 (normal bmi is 145 for my height i think) but now that ive reached this... I eat less calories during the week so I can eat more on the weekends.. I need to be more careful because one day can wipe out a whole week work of deficit.

breakfast is iced mocha and sausage & egg english muffin lunch is chicken salad with some bbq rice crisp things dinner is probably a turkey sammich with some more rice crisps pretty lame but around 1300 cal

Yes but I think it's gonna be hard to determine and exact amount of calories you're burning. Most people don't eat back 100% of their burned calories. I think you should eat 250 calories under maintenance. But there's no harm in trying to eat all of your maintenance first. If you're not losing just keep lowering it until…

How tall are you? It sounds about right. I'm 5'4, 145lb and lose at 1,400. Eat at 2k for a month and see if you lose. :blush:

i think bmi is a pretty good idea for most people to make their goal. it was my first goal. i am now normal weight and i am still very fat lol.

it really makes me sad how small portions really are supposed to be.. and it confuses me of how people can stay so small and eat so much and not weigh anything. it makes me wonder what's wrong with me.
