Daily menu/calorie goals

Can anyone share some daily menus and what your calorie goals are for each meal (if you have them)? Just looking for some new inspiration! Thanks!

A typical day: I have two slices of toast with cheese spread in the morning, with one or two cups of coffee, (around 300 calories), for lunch I eat half a cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers, a bit of ham etc, and more tea/coffee, (around 200 calories), for dinner I have lean mince beef bolognese (100g or so), a whole spiralized courgette (zucchini) - around 250g, and 10g of cheddar cheese - around 300 calories, and for snacks I’ll have yoghurt with high protein granola (300calories) and around 200-300 cals of chocolate in the evening. 1300-1400 cals per day.1

Today, my menu is
Crispbread w/liver pate, soft boiled egg, apple, carrot sticks, milk.
Cheesecake, crispbread w/cheese, 2 loquats, broccoli, milk.
Mackerel, potatoes, chili sauce, cucumber salad.
Daily intake around 1900 on average.0 -
1500-1600
Lean Cuisine chicken fried rice, carrots, strawberries ~ 450
2. oz protein & fiber pasta and baked pesto & mozzarella chicken, broccoli ~650
Snacks - pretzels, string cheese, apple ~300-4001 -
breakfast is iced mocha and sausage & egg english muffin
lunch is chicken salad with some bbq rice crisp things
dinner is probably a turkey sammich with some more rice crisps
pretty lame but around 1300 cal1 -
1400-1600cals
morning - 1:00PM - lots of coffee with sugar free flavored creamer ~ 100-120cals (semi-IF)
lunch - big salad, lots of greens/spinach, mushrooms, tomato, carrots, 1oz cheese, 5oz lean protein, 2TBSP dressing ~ 500-600cals
afternoon snacks - animal crackers, chips, carrots, hummus etc ~ 200-400cals
dinner/after 6:00PM - lean protein, veggies, maybe some ice cream ~ 500-600cals
daily exercise - 2-3mile walk; 250-350cals burned

before exercise i eat around 1350. with exercise, around 1500. my diary should be open.0

Varies day to day.
This mornings breakfast:
1 slice toast (23g/60 cal) with avocado(33g/53 cal) and sweet & hot jam (19g/50 cal)
2 whole eggs (117g/167 cal)
42g of a bell pepper and onion mixture (36 cal)
Not sure about lunch.
After my workout I will have a shake and fruit:
MyoPlex Shred Protein Powder fruity cereal (40g/150 cal) with water (sadly out of milk till tomorrow)
Kiwi
Dinner will be:
Grilled chicken breast with southwest seasoning
Asparagus
Brown rice
I usually eat 1600 - 2000 calories depending on activity.
