i usually eat 100-150g a day, but i count calories don't care about carbs

I have cheat meals. Which I just consider things I can't log. Special occations, where I couldn't possibly weight the food or know around how many calories I'm eating. Other than that, I eat whatever, nothing is off limits as long as long as I hit my calorie goal.

You're doing great!! I'm day 46 and 13 pounds down. New excercises will affect the scale too, remember. Don't get stressed about that number.

I'm 15 pounds away from "normal weight." I think I'll probably still feel obese.

Are you sore a lot? You could be retaining water, your body is repairing its muscles. I was working out A LOT and the scale didn't move, eating 1200 a day too. Recently I just haven't been able to work out like I was and the scale moved a lot.

Same here, down almost 50lbs and I still view myself the same in the mirror... I see others that are around my height/weight and they look so skinny, but I look terrible. I don't get it. Maybe one day I'll think I look okay.

I can relate. I'm 26 and single. I got really fat and gave up. Now I'm trying to lose it so i can find someone. I don't think anyone would want someone who doesn't take care of themself, like I did..

Whatever fits in your calories (or whatever your counting) I use it in my protein shakes because it saves me on calories

What in the world... if you could only buy serving sizes of stuff... that'd be expensive and wasteful of packaging

gosh i wish i had that problem.. my calories are only 1,200 though usually i make it under that but dang could i eat all day "good" food or not lol

I love carbs! I stay under the daily goal that MFP sets for me, 150g, but I mostly focus on calories. So if I go over, whatevs! Yumm.

I feel like some of the people I've seen on that show needs help mentally, too... Man, but don't diss soda. lol I'm having one today, totally fit in my calories (I was pretty excited.. I never have it)

Weigh your foods, log them, stay in calories, be patient, eat protein, see results. :smile:

Like everyone else said. I would try a calorie deficit for more than a week - try 2 months. See what happens. Maybe then start messing with other stuff, like carb intake?
