  • I love that you joke about what you see! Me too. Seriously though I lost 6 stone 3 1/2 years ago and I am so ashamed of myself for putting 3 1/2 back on. I have 7 1/2 at least to loose. Looking for motivation from buddies on here. Alison

  • Hi Tracy, I am 50 in March but still considered I am old enough to reply to you :smiley: I lost six stone about 3 yrs ago but I have put back on 3 1/2 of it. I feel so ashamed of myself. I needed some friends of my age group to succeed with. Alison.
