exercise - 30 minutes plus clean out the garage calories - within budget of 1200calories tracked- everything I did miss the first couple of days of July. I will do better starting today!

I am trying to move more each week. On average, I usually range from 5000 to 7000 per day. I will try to get to at least 7000 but work toward the 10,000 is my goal. I have a 8 hour job that is sitting at a computer. I try to take a 10 minute walk break 2x per day. When I do this, I have no problem getting to the 7000 mark.…
