  • I changed the foods I was eating, and I really started looking at food as fuel. And I started exercising regularly. :)
  • I do have loose skin. When you have a huge weight loss it happens. And I haven't fully decided if I will get skin removal surgery yet :)

  • It has taken me 3-4 years now. I still have loose skin, I haven't decided if I will have surgery to remove it yet. And I eat high protein and some carbs, I really watch my added sugars though. I eat a lot of fruit and veggies. And I am a vegetarian.
  • When I did play the wii, I liked to play the wii bowling :)

  • I have to say that as soon as I started seeing real results, and feeling better that is all the drive that I needed. I feel like a whole new person! :)
  • You are never too old to start working on a healthier you!! :) And that is how I started, out of my house. I started with a few low weight dumbbells, and a couple of kettlebells. Kettlebells are great and I use them all of the time! And I started by just checking out videos on Youtube, and trying out different exercises :)
  • It has taken me three years now. And when I started that's all I could do as well, just a few minutes of cardio and some very light lifting. It takes a while to build up your strength. Just take each day , and try to make healthy choices. That's all I did, it's a lot of work but so worth it :D

  • Thank you! And it has taken me three years. For tips I would have to say find a routine that works for you. Find a type of exercise that you love and workout regularly, and the most important thing is diet. You can't out train a bad diet. Tracking what you eat might sound like a pain, but it will help you reach your goal.…
