Thanks everyone!!! I cannot believe I have lost so many inches, but my clothes do not lie!! Day off...got dishes done, laundry going, hair appointment later. Need to run to the store and get a few things, pick the boys up from school, and of course Worship Band practice tonight. I think I do more on my days off than I do…

Good Morning everyone. Took my measurements this morning and have lost 10" in the last 5 weeks. Total loss for January of 4.8#. My goal was 5, so I will call that a win!! Food prep for the coming week today. Have a great week everyone!

TGIF. Got my knees injected on Wednesday. Yesterday was a little rough, but feeling much better today. Hopefully these injections last 3 years like the last ones. Food prep this weekend. Supposed to get some snow!!!!!

Love my air fryer....so great for cauliflower tots. We usually smoke our wings but now I am going to have to try them in the air fryer.

Good Monday Morning Keto Buddies. What a weekend. Carbs on point, but calories a little high. Back to fasting today, wednesday, and Friday. Have to get this back under control. Getting my knees injected Wednesday. Hopefully this will help with the walking, especially the stairs at work. Have a great day everyone!!!!

Good Morning. Gave up half my day off - working this afternoon. Getting ready to do a little 30 minute walking workout. Fasted yesterday from supper the night before until lunch. Wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Glad I listened to all of you. I feel great today. Am going to do it again. Have a great day!!!

Ready for Monday!!! Got my food for lunch/snack (if needed) packed. 15 minute walk done. Cup of BulletProof Mocha Coffee in hand. Knee feels pretty good this morning. I can actually kneel on it for a short amount of time. Have a great day everyone!!!!
