Soluble fiber in things like oatmeal and Cheerios can help lower LDL.

Can you ask your prescriber for a dose decrease to see if that helps your appetite? Or could consider switch to another med for ADHD.

I try to do some meal prep the night before after my kids are in bed. I also like using my crock pot when I can.

Thanks! This is exactly the kind of stuff I'm looking for! I do try to meal plan, but I'm trying to transition from what is easy (pizza) to what is healthy and I don't want to have to prepare one thing for me and something else for my family.

You aren't alone! My BMI is just under 25 and my brother is 30%. It is higher than I would like. Thanks for the chart - I guess I'm average for my age but would like to move towards ideal.
