Yes, I've seen fluctuations even larger depending on diet, exercise, salt intake, etc. Good to keep track of your overall measurements too and compare those with the scale; your weight can be very misleading.

Carbs can cause bloating -- on days when I do cardio I increase my carb intake and immediately get super bloated. Edited to add, by carbs I mean vegetables and greens. You might look into trying a Keto diet, which is higher in fats and lower in carbs and helps with bloating for sure.

Not uncommon for your body to adapt to reduced calorie intake with reduced hunger. Make sure you feed your body even if you don't feel hungry but need the calories for the day, or you'll end up with a big swing the other way (overeating because your body has become too deprived). And welcome back!
